As you can renew your liscense BIOS, if you are a spouse on active duty? I made the site of the North Carolina DMV, and can not understand. I know I can do it by mail, but there is a way or what?

NC DMV determines whether members of the armed forces by e-mail can renew on a case by case basis. If you meet certain criteria, allow probable. The criteria, so that I could find, are as follows:
Expired driver's license in North Carolina for over a year
The photographic image in the database NCDMV
North Carolina DMV has issued file or your social security number or a valid visa from the U.S. Government
They have a fixed address and verifiable, in North Carolina
You need to call the DMV to see if you renew your license, obtained by e-mail, and tell the process. The number of customer service 919-715-7000.
